The main principle of our work is that you get exactly what you booked. If the rental company is unable to provide the client with the booked car due to a breakdown or other force majeure circumstances, it is obliged to provide another car of the same class or a class higher on the same conditions and at the same price.

Dears, I totally understand why "Driveway to «Mestia – Ushguli – Lentekhi – Kutaisi» on rental car is strictly prohibited!", but if I want to go to Mestia from Kutaisi, otherside, so through road E60, E97 and later through Chveletana and Khaishi (there are asphalt roads) is it ok?
