How to pay for car rental
When booking a car on our website, you immediately see all the necessary information, such as the total order price, deposit amount, and available payment methods.
When booking, you only make an advance payment of 15%. You pay the rest when you pick up your car.
The deposit will be returned thirty (30) days after return of the vehicle.
Picking up and dropping off a car
You can pick up or drop off the car at the airport or wherever it is convenient for you in the city.
- Make sure you have a voucher (can be presented in electronic form), an IDP and a foreign passport.
- Note all scratches and dents, if any, in the vehicle inspection chart. We recommend that you take photos or record video, just in case.
- Read carefully and sign the rental agreement. Pay the rest of the rental amount and make a deposit.
The pick-up usually takes 15-20 minutes.
The drop-off is just as easy and takes about 10 minutes. Arrive on time, wash the car in advance, and do not forget about the fuel policy of the company.
Have a nice trip!
Traffic regulations and fines
It’s quite easy to drive in the Emirates. The traffic is right-handed, the pavement is of excellent quality, and all signs are duplicated in English.
The rules are similar to those in Europe but you had better not violate them because the police strictly enforce traffic regulations.
It is the tenant’s responsibility to pay tolls on toll roads.
Petrol stations in the UAE
There are many petrol stations in the Emirates, and the quality of fuel is good everywhere. Both cash and card payments are accepted.
Almost all petrol stations have staff who speak English.
Parking
Car parks in major cities are mostly paid. You can park your car for free in the city centre only at night, on Fridays or on public holidays.
The parking rate depends on the city, district, and duration of parking. In the centre of Dubai, parking rates range from 4 to 10 dirhams (~$1.90-2.70) per hour.
